Integrity is the single word that sums up this business. Perfectionism is the only negative that I come up with - attention to detail. They built our home from plans that I drew up - had them converted to professional documents, permitted, engineered and completed with the utmost professionalism. I asked how they handled the punch list during the contract negotiations - "What punch list?!!" was the response. They were right - there wasn't one. 10 years later I'm still waiting for my first nail pop. Lifetime service - the slightest issue is taken care of immediately and with a smile. We recently purchased a home on Lake Wildwood as our retirement home.  Although the home was in good condition, we wanted to redesign the home to take advantage of a more open floor plan with a better view of the lake.  We asked our realtor, neighbors and others for contractor recommendations.  It was an easy decision.  Len’s name kept coming up as a very reputable, high quality contractor.
